Further to my email to Ms Sophie Hall- Jones I wish to make a representation in favour of this planning application.
Although I have yet to receive a reply I am pleased to see that a number of the inflammatory comments and falsehoods which I highlighted in Ms Carlisles representation have been deleted.
I believe that Ms Carlisles objections are neither valid or justified and that this application is being used as a platform for her personal vendetta against Mr and Mrs Evans. Much of the content, including that which has been removed, is personal and irrelevant. Comments such as accusing Mr and Mrs Evans of previously acting without planning permission are unsubstantiated hearsay and irrelevant to this planning application.
During 2018 when the stables were being built Ms Carlisle continued to meet and communicate with Mr and Mrs Evans and at no time expressed any concerns or objections to the stables. At the end of 2018 when the stables were completed I was a guest in Mr and Mrs Evans home in the presence of Mr and Ms Carlisle. Ms Carlisle was saying how wonderful the stables looked and what an improvement it was. It was not until 3rd December 2019 that she made an objection. Likewise, the boundary hedge that she mentions was professionally trimmed in 2017 with the full knowledge and observation of Mr and Mrs Carlisle yet no objection was made until 3rd December 2019.
